Bandor speaker repairs ???

Hello, I need help ! I have two 50mm Bandor speakers that are visually pristine, but are not responding ! I have two others that respond, but their cones are not great. Has anyone the skills to transfer the cones from the former to the latter, to make one pair of usable speakers ? Any help to resolve this would be most welcome and the beers are on me ! Rgds. It might help if we knew where you were located.
Generally, it's not possible to swap over cones, as they are glued in, and have to be cut out. Normally, cones are cut out, the glue scraped off and new ones glued in. Bandor 'speakers may be different, if the magnet comes off from the back and the cone stays with the front panel, so would need to see the units to be able to tell.

Hello Serge, do you think it might be more productive to repair the voice coils on the two Bandor speakers that are not responding ? In all other respects they look perfect. Rgds. Les.

Yes that's also a possibility. However, repairing/replacing voice coils is a specialist job, so you'd have to contact the experts.
