Tony, if we started corrected your spelling mistakes, we'll have no time to do anything else:D. Also it makes more amusing reading and bumps up your thread, so it's all good publicity.

The USB version looks very interesting - are you planning to get one of these in Tony?

Well I would if I had one! I was thinking of changing my amp, since I have decided to keep the PMC's as I like them too much. The Pmc's are great, but need a bit of a push, would this new bel canto have the required grunt? (there being more to it than simply how many watts....)

    Craig,
You can fit the usb section to the non standard one, the whole is already there lol!!!
We will have a usb version coming shortly as well as the new dac 3 (it has a usb port too)

    aquapiranha,
More than up to the job sir.
Currently its pushing a pair of speakers wich are 88db and a nominal impedence of 3.4ohms to some rather damn fine sounds.
It has surprised me with its superb musical prowess and control, and its size totally belies its performance. Its a corker of an amp.
If you were just after the power amps, there are a pair of Ref 300 monoblox, £1895.
The ref 1000's drive Apogees rather well too, a some what more complex load :D

Hi aquapiranha, my BC Evo 2 was a significant upgrade from a similar powered Bryston driving my TB2s, so I'd expect the new BCs to be up to the job and a major upgrade over the Arcam (I had an A22 once and found it a bit lethargic). Not so sure about Krell + PMC....
