John..

You looking for broadband content or sites relating to broadband technology.. where you can get help etc

If its the latter here are the ones I know about:

http://www.adslguide.org/
http://www.dslreports.com/
http://www.speedguide.net/
http://www.cable-modems.co.uk/phpWebLog/stories.php
http://www.broadband-help.com/home.asp

With regard to the tweaking that some of these site offer.. If you have Windows XP .. I wouldn't bother with them unless the tests show that you're running slow. I used to have my XP patched with the tweaks.. and then I needed to reinstall the OS.. and didn't apply the tweaks.. all the tests confirmed that my connection was running just as fast without the tweaks in place.

John old chap, no doubt you already know about http://www.resonancefm.com/

Some interesting MP3 music at http://www.epitonic.com/

The Captain Beefheart site at http://www.beefheart.com/ streams some interesting music (not all Beefheart, by any means).

TBH, I don't use the computer to listen to music much, so that's a slightly sparse selection...
