This is the original mk1 version, which is far far superior to the cheap plastic one you can pick up now. It has a metal lens mount, a proper manual focusing ring, and a distance scale meter.
It also comes complete with a lens hood (proper canon one, very rare for these to have them) and a UV filter included.
