I heard one in pre-production form. Very good. But apparently, sample variations were so great that about 1 in 5 sounded as they should. It would be interesting to know if the maker has now achieved greater consistency.

The sound was very lively, direct, and full-bodied, but not the very last word in detail resolution.

    Hi,

It's not a common cartridge in the UK. It looks interesting.

heard the old neumann cartridge - if that can say anything about the replica. the deck was emt 930 with its 929 arm modified to accept it...
very massive, "fat" sound and somehow too thick by any modern standards. lots of dynamic. not much extension in the HF. the cart was very old so it could be that an evident lack of finesse was due to a needle wear.
if not, than quite an acquired taste if i may say so.

    Hi to everybody
when all definitely seemed by now lost.... an unexpected surprise...
last night to receive a packet... upcoming from Japan...
to the inside....... I discover well two new cartridge Lumiere...
a new cartridge Lumiere mc and a new cartridge mono Lumiere in gift...
Mr. kikuchi is excused, affirming that the delay.. (a year).. dall has been caused it modifies brought to the project of the cartridge.
now the magnets are electroplated in gold to avoid the oxidations and cut and slightly refolded with a different form, to have besides also modified the underlying structure to the magnets that allows now to glue the fragile threads, avoiding.. (I hope).. spoiled future.
Mr. Kikuchi has also affirmed that starting today to answer with quickness to all the emails that will come him...
then after everything... I cannot be how happy that everything is resolved for the best..
now the final verdict waits me.. to listen to the sound of the new Lumieres...
