Waiting for my train to the fleshpots of Zürich this morning, I had a look through some of the big German hi-fi magazines at the station kiosk, and within I found a test on this:

They thought it was really good, made a big improvement, etc. As a total unbeliever in such things, I personally wonder what they were drinking and/or smoking at the time (unfortunately undisclosed in the article), but I know that there are some true believers out there, so I pass it on for what it's worth.
P.S. Nobody knows better than I that patents on this sort of thing are meaningless. The applicant claims an advantage, and the patent office will never challenge this, it concentrating on whether the alleged invention is novel, inventive and apparently useful. The only way to kill it on the basis of inutility is to take the patentee to court, and who wants to bother?
