Pah, typical media hacks making something out of nothing. The article itself states 'any individual who owns more than 51% in two clubs' and Abramovich clearly doesn't. He owns Chelsea and a company, of which he is only a shareholder (albeit the major one), sponsors the other.

Eufa have stated that it's not an issue but will investigate anyway - mostly likely to because this has never happened before.
