FS: Chord SPA 1032 (SPM 1200) power amplifier SOLD
Chord SPA 1032 professional series power amplifier. This amp is essentially an SPM 1200 in a slightly different box that allows for rack mounting and has fan cooling. It can also be sat on rubber feet or integra legs (not supplied).
Chord's own special high frequency power supply is employed and features 32 output devices to give 330W RMS output power into an 8Ω load. This amp has a tremendous grip on the music, a frightening ‘slam', is highly detailed and has neutral tonal balance.
This unit was manufactured in 2003 and is in excellent condition. Brushed silver fascia. Manual present but no carton unfortunately.
I am only selling due to the arrival of a matching Chord pre & power (I was only after a pre, but a matching pair appeared for sale together).
