These places aren't so bad really.

After all, I presume that we are all still most welcome to post even when we've perhaps stopped upgrading/fiddling for the time being. Personally, thse days I find more joy in the chat rooms of hi-fi fora such as this, than in the hi-fi rooms themselves.

Perhaps I should spend more time in the music rooms, but feeling gutted tonight that I couldn't accept a free invite to tonight's Pop Idol Concert from the passengers I took to the NEC and back this evening is perhaps a reason in itself why I don't post in music rooms.

(My passengers had two free tickets going spare, and my g/f, although at work near her parents' home was still en-route , and she'd have happily chucked a sickie to attend...
