    Hi Gainers,

I'm after some help as I'm struggling to find a certain type of music. About a year ago I was in France and I walked past an outdoor opera that was taking place. It sounded amazing, particular the vocals and I'd like to hear more. Sadly I couldn't find what the opera was and am not familiar enough with opera to begin tracking it (and similar) peices down.
The best I can do is that it was a very haunting piece with female voice (Soprano?) and it's like the vocal that is sampled on a song by 'Scanner' on the song 'Anna Livia Plurabelle'
    Song link here

Can anybody set me off the right direction??

    Many thanks,
    Snoo

Have a listen to Taverner's 'Eternity Sunrise' Far better than that and of the 'voice as an instrument' style.
