cleaning cds.....?

    Personally,i wouldn't use water for several reasons.A good solution and not expensive is a box of Milty wipes.

    It is probably best not to clean CD's too often but occasionally it is necessary due to a build up of fingerprints. I use Servisol CD150, a specially formulated spray on cleaner sold in Maplins etc. I have had the same can now for 2 years and it is highly economical. A quick spray towards the centre of the CD, ( I place the CD on my finger, a bit like when eating hula hoops ) and then wipe out from my finger to the outer edge. Wiping in a circular motion is not recommended. Works on DVD,s Blu-Rays from Blockies just as successfully.
