I think worth1000.com at the bottom of the picture made me think it was, but why over-analyse it when you can imagine what you'd do in that situation? I guess if the floor was really painted as shown some people wouldn't need to enter the bathroom.

This is photoshopped as my pics of manchester city which magically have no street lamps or road signs :. I do love the clone too. This job is a lot more simple though, very very cleverly done though. A classic case of its not knowning how to use Photoshop that is the skill, but having the ideas.
