Creek Headphone Amp

Is the Creek OBH-21SE a good choice for a headphone amp? I will be driving AKG K701 & Senn HD650, HD600.

It's not a bad amp, but seeing as you're in the USA, you've got much greater variety of choice than we have here in the UK.

I'd go for the Heed CanAmp, its ideal for those headphones and its not expensive. It will give the expensive amps a run for their money.

I had that creek amp. It's as good as a decent headphone socket on a good amp - which is to say decent VFM.
