Diode advice

    Just thought I would ask this question. My knowledge on electrical components is pretty Limited.
    From time to time, I've modded the odd CD player, following Zanash's guide, with good results.
    As this is the case,I have always replaced a CD players diodes with 11DQ10 type.

    Now my question is this,l recently received a Mod upgrade for my Marantz CD 5000 CDP, and they have supplied a diode type call "hr105". I was just wondering if anyone has had some experience with these? Are they better than 11DQ10 ?
