Distorted PC sound

Don't know if this is the right forum but I can't find any help on windows forums..

My sound is badly distorted in my Windows 11 PC. I've tried everything suggested by googling. Trouble-shooter is no help.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried uninstalling the audio device in Device Manager, rebooting and letting Windows reinstall it?
