Due to some kind scum bag permanently borrowing my iPod I've had to replace it.

Now I need to get some proper earphones. I'm looking to spend less than £60. I mainly use it to and from work so good sound isolation is important as good sound quilty is lost if I can't hear it over the busy road or noise on the tube.

I'm thinking of either getting Shure SE110 or Etymotic ER-6i but can't make up my mind and also wanted to check I'm not overlooking any other models.

I've had Sennheiser CX400 headphones but they were terrible at blocking out background sound, the ear plugs were so thin they never stood a chance. Shure E2c's which were pretty good also well put together. Not trying Sony again as they seem to have confused "lightwieght" with "crap build and will break in a week".

    Thanks for any help.
