Any idea of how to extract audio tracks of a DVD to copy onto a CD-R.

This is a real low priority issue for me but i'd like to know how to do it.
I have a copy of Oasis - Definately Maybe 10 year DVD. The DVD issue has the track Sad Song on it which i kinda like. The Vinyl version already has this track included , but none of the CD's do ( apart from a Jap import single which i can't be bothered to buy ).

I seem to remember on a previous edition of Roxio's Easy CD Creator there was a button called 'Extract' or something like that.

Since moving over to Win XP and Easy Media Creator 8 i can't see the button...

Any idea's ? I just want to make a custom CD-R version of one of my fave albums for the car CD changer.

an alternate option that i've used to achieve the same result.
play the dvd on the computer, and sumultaneously record with wavelab / soundforge etc. with the recording source set as the pc soundcard output. (my card allows me to choose "stereo mix" as the recording source i.e. record what the soundcard is currently "playing")
tho' it's prob a lot simpler with dvd audio extract software
