Hi all,

This is a Casella CEL digital sound pressure level meter model number CEL-460 with calibrated microphone.

It is in perfect condition and perfect working order.

It is ideal for taking SPL readings for setting up Hi-Fi or surround sound speakers.

It also has a dose-meter function and will record dB levels over a period of time for use in health and safety noise testing.

It has 3 ranges: 70 to 140 dB, 50 to 120 dB and 30 to 100 dB

Frequency Weighting: A or C

Response: Fast, slow, impulse, peak

Standards ANSI S1.4, S1.25, IEC 651, 804, 1252

Power 9V battery, 40 hours operation

Hi,

It measures across the whole audio frequency range. If you play a test tone from a test CD or DVD it will measure the dB at the frequency of the tone you are playing.

It doesn't measure at one specific frequency.
