Faulty Crimson amp

Thank you for allowing me to join the forum.
I am repairing a power amp for a friend and would like to know if the Crimson Audio company are still trading?
The amp has had a burn up and i need a circuit diagram to identify the faulty components.
Any help would be very helpful.
