Up for sale is an Audio Sector DAC1 (NOS) just under 1 year old brought new by me and built by Peter Daniels the designer. This is the latest version all main caps Black Gate's N and standard plus it has the optional Cardas RCA. Has been mounted on a broad as this is what Peter recommends to do, all fixings (RCA and power socket) are mounted to be used without case. This DAC is sold commercial under Peters other company Audio Zone which Shadow Audio was selling at £890 with a case. A write up on Audio Circle has compared this DAC to the 950 Euro Altmann DAC LINK, and there is a 6 Moon review here LINK. Before I brought this DAC I have had the older Benchmark DAC1, one of the later Beresford's and a Bel Canto Dac2 all of which in my option this DAC betters by a long shot.
