FS Passive preamp - Veshay

I now have a TVC passive and need cash for a cartridge Im near Oxford.
I have just bought the TVC unit from a guy who had a system nery nearly identical to mine even down to cables - He was going back to a resistive passive An A/S passion - . Its horses for courses.
He had a garrard and some 300b's - they are both a bit fat sounding - so he needed the leanness of the resistive passive
I have had the Propassion for around 14 years from new - Built by a professional electronic Whizo mate

Hi Andy,
I am very interested in your propassion. Funnily enough I have been on the look out for a T.V.C. for a while to replace my souped up Q.E.D. passive, but affordable second hand examples seem rarer than hens' teeth. Do you think your passive would be a significant improvement over the QED. In case you don't know it, it has an Alps Blue pot. Mine has been re wired with silver wire and has posh RCA jacks fitted.

Ben As it happens the passive I had before the AS was a QED reference passive - a silver thing. the Veshays certainly was an improvement. I also have a spare Promethisus RCA if you are close come and hear for yourself to compare
