    For sale my much loved Rotel, going to pay for an Avondale AAA5+
    Immaculate condition, Cookiemonsters first then mine, in perfect working order. Not a spot on it. If you don't know this player then have a read here:

    Same digital filtering system as the £12,000 Linn Sondek (Don't start you two!)

    Where exactly are you based - I'm interested ....

    Two questions please:

    (1) Any problems with skipping ? (noticed a few audioreview comments saying problems with the laser mech and skipping)

    (2) is it the AE version ?

    As far as I know it's not an AE, as to skipping it's absolutely no problem in that regard, but it doesn't like dirty discs. Any time I've had problems it's been the disc that's been at fault not the player. Isaac had his hands inside it and GT40'd the rails a year or so ago, so it's had that bit sorted.
    I'm in Rochdale. You'd be welcome to come and see it, hear it etc, if you wanted.

    Should also add, this player has a John Cheadle (audiocom) super-regulator in it also. It's in good nick as Lordsummit says.
