Greetings, my fears have been realized, a burned CD won't eject with my Audiolab 6000cdt (slot loading) I have tried most remedies: power off, unplug, power on with eject button simultaneously...I've contacted AG (Audiolab's boss) without a reply so far. Any help would be more than great, I thank you in advance for your help.

Cheers

I have contacted both the seller, who blew me off and referred me to the repair shop, who did not give me any advice but told me to send the unit in for "repair". Then someone higher up from the repair facility told me they have NEVER heard of this issue. I'm about to take my 6000CDT, which cost me around $550.00 from Audio Advisor, and see how much distance a jacketed .357 round will go travel through it.
I'm done with anything that even hints of British, for audio.
After my nightmare(s), with my Arcam A28, I should have learned my lesson, but, the masochist in me just kept going down that road.
I guess I'll have to revert to my 20 year old Rotel CD player, RCD991, that I was going to sell, but, now, I'll keep it to the end of time.

The issue has been resolved, thank you.
Cheers
Would you kindly share with me how this issue was resolved. I am at the end of my patience with this thing. I didn't even bring up that some people are complaining about cd's getting scratched in the slot when ejecting or loading. I get very sensitive about my MoFi collection and if that got damaged, I would not be a happy camper. I did get an answer from the service center, who did confirm the scratching "at times", but "never heard" of eject issues. Yeah. Right!!! I'll share that e-mail, if I can find it, if you like.
