HI chaps I have just got some AVI amps which light up yellow 
anyway having some skills with a soldering iron etc I would like to change the yellow lights to blue ones, it looks simple enough but iv'e never done anything like this and the lights in the amps are not anything ive ever seen before, they look like this

I tried to put the multimeter on it but not sure whether it should be ac volts or dc volts, if it's ac volts its showing 12v,
what I want to do is replace the old lights with nice new blue LED's, shurly it can't be that hard a job ? can anyone help me out please
