help with WAV test tones

Hi,..

I need some help to independantly set the level of my drive units.

Essentially, they are all adjustable in level.

I want to try to get an even level from each drive unit in-room.

I want to play test tones at specific frequencies, and adjust using a multimeter.

My cd player needs WAV files, and cannot play MP3's.

Does anyone know how I can get the following frequencies on a CDR in WAV format?

30hz
80hz
12khz
16khz
