I own the exact CD player. Its a very nice high quality unit, the electronics inside are very very impressive and there are a lot of mods you can do this unit.

The LE model came out aroudn 2002, and the standard OSE in 1999.

I paid £150 for mine brand new (clearence) and I would hope to able to sell it for £150 again.

    The RRP price was £330.

    Have you checked ebay?

Thanks for the replies guys. I did check eBay - I'm not sure that the one sold was the exact same version. I would have thought somewhere in between £80 - £150 would be accurate but it's up to the market I suppose. It's all my fault of course - I've lent him my Audio Alchemy DDE v1.0 (inc powerstation one) and a Pioneer PDS 703 CDP. :)

The silver ones are also worth more. Silver seems to add £20, and LE seems to add £10-£20 the price depending on the condition.

The problem is as well that the CD player market is shrinking, where as amps are still easy to sell. i saw my amp sell for £230 on ebay a few weeks back second hand, I only paid £150 for it new :D
