How to digitalize CDs with high quality sound

Hello users, I have a question: how can I digitalize CDs on a Windows PC so that the sound quality is high? Which Cd drive and which software do i have to take, which music format? aiff, alac or flac? Thanks in advance, regards Ralph

as long as the rip is accurate, the CD drive doesn't matter much
