Shaving off the edges of a disc is just plain stupid because we all know that's just voodoo. But it does.
As for Auric Illuminator, that's just ... (insert the name of your own favourite cheap chemical) and is only for the terminally brain dead. CDs just give you ones and noughts, so nothing can be done to alter that. Snake oil! Pah! Oh, but it does!

I just know the edge shaver and the Auric Illuminator, what about the high intensity light thing. What is it called?

Mr Cat,
No I don't retail them sir, but I do use one personally

Seriously? Frankly, if you feel that these work, then based upon your evident experience and knowledge, then it must be worth investigating by others. You don't strike me as an idiot that's easily fooled, or can't hear differences. So, could you easily hear a difference? And was the difference an improvement?

I have heard WMs light box and edge shaver and Auric Illuminator and after modification there is definately a difference. And yup its an improvement.

The combination made CDs sound more real. Cymbals and drum sounds are clearer and easier to identify.

I Can't explain why but I am seriously tempted as a result of the demo.
