Meridian G98DH transport only you need a dac to use this but has HDMI output for dvd use this is 2nd best Meridian make upscales to 480P 576P 720P 1080i & 1080P (near bluray quality!) uses renowned Faroudja chips which also process any input video sources to high standards.
Cd replay is as good as G08 or better depending upon dac used.

Has 1 component,1 HDMI,1 digital aux & 3 Main MHR digital out's,3 composite input 1 out & 3 S video in 1 out,2 Meridian comms link & finally a computer SVGA for updates.

All boxed mint with MSR+ paperwork digi & comms cable etc can be seen working meet halfway SE Kent London area ?? or courier nextday del.

Was looking to replce my 596. You say it needs a DAC?
I have Meridian 561 processor, will this suffice? Looking for quick reply, as funds could go on other items. Thanks
 
Iv been away only just read your mail your 561 has an internal dac thats fine to run with the G98 it's a real good spinner exceptional at CD & DVD:)
