Anybody modded theirs. The basic plus is a superb phono stage but wondering if it can be improved. I have tried the Accu plus battery power and to my ears did absolutely diddly squat (had wife pressing the on/off button whilst i was listening to the music with my eyes closed, couldnt even tell when she pressed the button).
I am currently borrowing a friends Leema accoustics elemts phono stage. Havent had the chance to a/b them but they both sound very good indeed. Any body tried and reviewed them back to back?
Where would i start if i wanted to mod the Basic Plus? It is very well built andalthough i havent opened it up (yet) i am guessing that the contents are good quality.
Any ideas?
