MSB Platinum Link 46 bit 384Khz ladder dac

New in this week, we have a superb digital to analogue converter from MSB technologies the Platinium link dac, we have a black model and in excellent condition.
The unit is arund the very late 2003 early 2004 vintage, comes with all original paperwork but no box (can be professionally packaged) It functions beautifully, we have been looking after the unit for close to five years now, in 2010 we performed some upgrades to the built in power supply, which improved bass responce, openess and overall presence. Digital inputs include toslink, spdif and ABS/EBU (xlr balanced).
Analogue outputs are rca and xlr balanced.
Switchable upsampling, selectable digital filters and interpolation.
This is a very repected unit which performs with some style (onwer upgraded to Esoteric).
A solid sounding with great presence, texture and openess, a lovely fuild presentation too a genuine analogue warm sound.
New price was £4000 plus the upgrades a further £600. Asking £895
