Have you checked specs and reviews online? They are both from about 2005 and good for their time but neither plays blu-ray. The Denon plays SACD as well as CD. Lack of any HDMI connectivity is a drawback. But i have a Myryad player from that era and it always played Dvd anc CD pretty well.
