Naim straight-through cards

Does anybody know where I might get some Naim straight-through cards for the phono input on a NAC52 pre-amp ? I would like to use a seperate phono-stage and I don't want to sacrifice one of the higher-level inputs on the pre-amp. I think Naim have stopped making them but surely there are some about ?

These pop up on ebay quite often, but I think your best bet it to put out a wanted add on the pink fish forum classified section, no doubt members have hundreds of these boards knocking around as I am pretty sure they came with a 52 as standard.
