The stuff in the back (the BIG stuff) looks like a custom design based on TAD Drivers, could be Kinoshita.

There are also some Yamaha NS-10 and some stuff that looks like Dynaudio, but the resolution is really low. There also seem some other Monitors with a Horn Midrange/treble hidden on the floor, cannot be sure...

Ciao T

The woofers seem to be angled, which is a Kinoshita trademark of sorts. However, Kinoshita also prefers d'appolito.

Great speakers. Wish I could afford a pair.
The speakers in the photo look like custom jobs, whoever made them.
Here are some Kinoshita "domestic" units:

Hi,

The smaller more conventional speakers look like ProAc to me, with the writing on the dust caps. Studio 100 or something similar.

dohraeme - yes- the small ones are definately Proacs (I can see better in the original photo, and the white ones are Yams as per Thorsten.

The big horn things are what intreagued me though. You cant see aswell in the photo above, but the two woofers are angled towards each other, presumably to help with imaging somehow.

I dont know whats in the cabinet below them, it could be horn loaded, or it could be a stand, or another cabinet for a larger drive unit?

hmm

nah rory, I think the horn is wood, which is something TAD do a lot.

Altec never made a wooden horn to my knowledge, and of course stopped making speakers when the company became a part of JBL (apart from VOTT's which are still made, thankfully).

I was wondering if it could be made by westlake, but I dont know in truth. I suspect Thorsten was right saying they were probably made custom.
