NAS Heavy Kit

Can anyone tell me what is exactely included with this kit ...............am I right in thinking that it is just a 1" thick Mat that fits over the standard platter or is it a completely different platter ???

IIRC it's a carbon top platter, a centre spindle extender and an height extension for the arm pod. It fits onto the existing platter.
