Hi, I need to have a US 15ac male plug put on a power cord with heat shrink as the original was removed. Can anyone out there recommend someone? Thanks in advance

Do you mean a US type 3 pin unfused plug?

If so they are not legal in the UK, all UK plugs must be fised to protect the cable/flex.

Hi, I have US cables throughout my system which go through a power conditioner. The power conditioner has a US cable going into the wall socket via a US to UK adapter which is fused!

Does not matter, each plug should be fused, whther from wall outlet to conditioner or conditioner to equipment.
That is UK regs, anything else is not legal practice and will also invalidate any insurance regarding fire claims etc.

That isn't entirely true.

Older style 15A and 5A Round pin installations are perfectly legal as are commercial 16A round pin installations.

None of those types of plug are fused.

They just need to be appropriately fused at the distribution board and the sockets must be on radial circuits rather than on ring mains.

You can also have 30 Amp unfused 3 phase plugs and sockets.
