Hi, I've been browsing the site for a little while now and figured I should introduce myself.
I'm new to this hobby but am starting to get hooked. Probably a little too hooked according to my wife lol
I currently have a few 80s boomboxes with the best one being a Helix 4636
along with a Frankenstein setup that includes a pair of 1978 Smaller Advents, kenwood KR-V7060, Sony 5 disc changer, JVC duel cassette,Rockville equalizer and a Klipsch R-SWI sub
I also have a Pioneer SX-780 that needs some TLC and that's paired to some Optimus ST50's that have been recapped and an audiotechnia record player.
I'm planning on recreating my system i had in the early 90s that included a Sony 50w receiver, two KLH 802s and a Sony 5 disc changer. I'll probably get a better changer and take the one I currently have for this setup.
