The new Weiss IT202 firewire interface has arrived! I have been listening to it this afternoon with my Stahl-Tek dac and it is a super bit of kit. It allows you to use an older dac and connect it to a Mac or PC through it's async firewire protocol. It offers technically the best possible connection from your computer to your DAC ( async firewire pretty much totally eliminates interface jitter ), it also comes with a properly dithered digital attenuator and even an optional remote.
