Cross the bridge! £130K would get you a detatched 4 bedroom with own drive way if you look about :D Not too far to commute either.
 
BTW - £130k won't buy a semi in Exeter - not even in Riff Raff Road. OK - just checked - 1 semi - looks passable but so it should for that money. My advice - wait a year - prices are so far out of whack anyway they can't go much higher before the bottom falls out... [/B]

Sorry to jump in again. I don't know anything about you but unfortunately houses prices unlike hifi never get lower even they become secondhand or last year look. Bad joke.

I have been trying to advise my own sister to buy a place of her own. That was 7 years now. Prices are now double what it was for her area.
