Is it just me that thinks he looks awful afterwards?

From the before picture, all he needed was to lose a couple of stone. He now looks like he's had his insides sucked out with a vacuum cleaner. His face looks emaciated too.

Agreed. He looks like he's been left in the oven for too long. He looks a bit tense as well, like he's attempting to crush a walnut between his butt cheeks. He's also opted for more conservative boxers in his lean phase.
