Went to see Brendan Benson last night. Not sure he was as good as ealrier this year (when he was excellent), but suspect he might have been miffed after being bumped down from Rock Shitty to The Rescue Rooms (a good thing imo).
Anyway he was good but the real revelation of the night was Ok Go. Who it has to be said rocked the place to the foundations. Punky pop at its best. The bassist looks like Les off of Vic and Bob, but with big sideys and at the end they cleared the stage and did this dance:
