Out of curiosity.......

    .......I don't know if this is the right place for this....but what the heck.

    I was reading one night that therre is an increasing trend for tall narrow (floor mounted) speakers but that sort of design may not be the best.

    Are there any generalisations here?

    One day I'd like to try some floor mounters for my 17 foot x12foot lounge and feel that tall /narrow would be most inkeeping with a small room.

    Any thoughts?

    Look at leema.

    Heard them at a few hifi shows always impressed. They do a lovely small floor stander. The speakers always sound big though and do go low.
