Hi Michael,

are you still using your LCaudio based power amp? I seem to remember you were very happy with it, is this still the case? Have you tried the Hypex solution?

Yep - still using it and very happy with it . Never heard of Hypex .

Glad to hear it, Michael. I am thinking of building my own classD amp based on either the LCaudio ZAPpulse 2.3SE or the Hypex UcD400 (www.hypex.nl). There is a huge thread running on DIYAudio on the UcD400. Although both modules are classified as classD there is a significant difference in their operation.

What I am not sure is how they compare to commercial products like the BelCanto, TacT, Spectron or ICEpower based ones.
