    Hi everybody

I just saw a Pioneer D1000 digital audio recorder on ebay in Germany - ebay.de
It is sold as defective, a switch contact is broken. Man, I really want such a vintage machine and now my stupid(?) question is: It is possible to repair this problem with a D 1000?
How much I should pay max? It is mint. It is 110V, so maybe it is also interesting for you guys...
I will welcome your expertice and quick response. The auction will end Friday next week!

    Thank you!

Quite a rare machine so obtaining a replacement switch will prove difficult. You might get something non original to work depending on which actual switch is broken.

You'll also need a step down transformer if using on 220-240v mains.

I'd avoid unless you desperately want it.
