ok, I need to build a new psu for something, just a bigger mains tx in a plastic box.

i can only seem to get a smallish box so

1/ can I get 2 transformers and parallel the windings to doulbe current.

    or

2/ can someone tell me where to get in line plastic cases larger than the one in maplin/farnell.

    thanks in advance

what about making your own out of polycarb? There are a few people on fleabay selling anything from 1 - 10mm. Or, what about carbon fibre? Ive just bought a sheet of the stuff to make the arm board for my thorens, bloody dear though.
