:confused:Has anyone recently dealt with Promitheus Audio? I placed an order with Nicholas for his reference TVC, at the beginning of December 08, but at this moment have yet to receive a reply. Am starting to get a bit worried.
 
yes - ask this question in a years time and you may get a better answer... :D

Actually they are pretty good at replying but i think they get log jams of work! I shouldn't worry and delivery is usually a couple of months. My past experience with them was very good.
 
My experience was the same. Nicholas is a nice chap but he has priorities when replying as he gets tons of mails. You won't hear from him until your order is completed, however he may forget about it (as in my case) so you should keep sending reminders.
However he's very fast and responsive in case of a trouble as I've had first with customs and than with some polarities reversed within an amp. If he's really late with yours, he'll find an elegant way to compensate you - I've got an absolute polarity switch on my preamp free of charge.
