No, they are 5.75 metres of single wired cable with jumbers attached to the end - therefore they have 6 pairs of bannanas - if you need less than 3m you could easily cut them in half and bi-wire with the existing plugs.
I used to have bi-wired QED SA but preferred the sound of the single wire so part-ex'd them. - Just personal choice
