probably because it is turned off in the 'edit options' section of your profile 'control panel'

however it s turned on by default so you will have to have disabled it some time in the past for some reason
 
I checked and couldn't see any way of enabling it for you. As Mark said, check your CP. It's not something we'd disable.

i do not conprrehend as to wy i have to rernew my password and when i do i can not recieve P.M.'Swhy is that ?
 
Who said that you had to renew your password?

I thought we'd already established that the reason you could not receive PMs was that in your control panel you had checked the box stating that only the Administrator and Moderators can send you PMs. If this is now unchecked and you still cannot receive PMs there is nothing the mods can do. We'll have to wait for Simon to come back from his honeymoon. I'm not sure of Rob's access rights.
 
All three of us have the same access, and I can't see any problem with the account. I'll check again tonight.

You said something about emails before, is that okay too? I checked and the forum can send emails successfully to my gmail account so it should be okay. I do receive a lot of 'Mail Delivery Failed' emails from the fourm but I guess this is because of fake email accounts from spammers.
 
still, for some reason i can not recieve any pm's i had to change my password weeks ago cause someone that i know used it to edit my listings on this forum, !!!!!!!!!, i know who,
