Well, im rebuilding a bike for very smooth riding, I mean smooth, and im wondering if someone can point me out to the following parts,
    A good set of tires
    Sealed 1 peice BB
    A strong 1 peice crank
    a good set of pedals

Ive been riding crappy 1 peice cranks off a mongoose on my 20" for a lil while, and ive noticed that with 1 peices if you do something big and dont land correctly, youll bend them to hell, and its teaching me how to land smoothly and ride accordingly, so im setting the bike up as my practice bike with them. My tires are also very worn out and need to be replaced, so please recommend, I was thinking about primo comets from http://www.bikesbmx.co.uk/bmx-bikes/mongoose-bmx.html

Try updating your cables. It is amazing what difference a good cable can make. Also try moving it further away from a wall, this can severely affect its performance!!!!!!!!!!!!
