Random Acts of Reality is a blog which ran for a fair few years about a London Paramedic's working life - it was made into a book titled Blood, Sweat and Tea a couple of years ago.
Managed to spot the other day that Radio 4 have made a short play out of the book - well worth a listen if you have a spare hour!
